Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at jordanribron@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Lost packages will be investigated on a case-by-case basis
